Dear Caring Pathways:
We just wanted to let you know how grateful we were for your
service. Our kitty, Minnow, had fought kidney failure for 7 months and
had stopped eating completely. It was so comforting to know her last
moments were in her home on our laps, instead of in a veterinary exam
room. Dr. Alexis was wonderful, exhibiting professionalism, but also
genuine empathy and compassion for us and Minnow at all times. Every
step of the process was clearly explained in advance and everything,
including retrieving her remains and paw print went smoothly as
promised. We hope to never have to go through this again with a pet,
but would recommend Caring Pathways to anyone in the same circumstance,
unequivocally.
