Dr. Alex Schaeffer was amazing in helping us understand everything before we had to say goodbye to our dear Puddin. I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience during such a tough time. She was calm, gentle, truly caring, and understanding. She treated us and our sweet dog with so much respect and kindness. She gave us all the time we needed and never hurried us. Having this service at home was such a blessing. Our sweet pitbull passed away in her dad’s arms, lying in her favorite spot on our bed. I’m not looking forward to going through this again, but with two more senior dogs at home, I’ll definitely use this service again when the time comes.
