Dr. Jess Anderson was so caring and gentle, she took time to explain every step. You never want to be in this situation but I can say that she really helped us through this. A friend who came to be with us during this said he went through this last year and used another service that made the process seem rushed and all business. We were all very impressed with Dr. Anderson and her gentle and caring personality.
