Bodhi came into Izzy’s life after she lost her sister of 12 years. Izzy was terribly lonely, so we went to the shelter and asked for the oldest dog who had been there the longest — and we truly won the lottery when we got Bodhi. The gentle red-nosed pit bull sidled right up to his new sister, and they lived out the rest of their days together, walking through the Charlotte Greenways and the mountains of North Carolina.
What we anticipated to be the worst day imaginable was softened by the compassionate care shown by Caring Pathways. Alex helped make this difficult day as gentle and peaceful as possible. They were both resting comfortably, and everything went better than we could have imagined. Now, they are together again on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge.
