Frequently Asked Questions
What options do I have to pay for services through Caring Pathways?
We understand that end-of-life services can come with unexpected costs. Caring Pathways has partnered with a few providers such as CARE Credit and Scratch Pay to allow our owners the flexibility to pay for a compassionate in-home option for end of life care.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. At the time of scheduling, a deposit is required by electronic check, credit card, or debit card. If you are applying for a payment option, once approved, we will be able to refund the deposit to the original payment method.
I have pet insurance. Will I be able to claim these costs with my insurance provider?
Depending on your pet insurance policy, end-of-life care may be covered. Our team will be able to provide you and/or your insurance provider with the necessary document(s) needed to start or support a claim.
