Puddin

Oct 3, 2024

Remembering our dear Puddin is like celebrating a little angel who blessed our lives for 8.5 incredible years. Puddin, our sweet brown Pitbull, wasn’t just a dog; she was the heart and soul of our home. She greeted everyone she met with an open heart and wagging tail. And those car rides? Oh, how she loved them! Her eyes would light up with pure joy at the sight of her favorite snacks—breadsticks, pizza, chicken nuggets, and ice cream. Each bite was a moment of pure bliss for her and a source of joy for us.

Puddin came into our lives with a congenital heart defect. We thought the defect would be our biggest challenge, but fate had other plans. Lymphoma cut our beautiful journey short, robbing us of more precious moments. Through it all, she fought bravely, staying strong until her final days, when we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go.

Her love was boundless, especially for her mom, dad, and canine siblings. Christmases won’t be the same without her, dressed in her cute sweaters and festive outfits, spreading warmth and cheer. Her legacy is one of unconditional love and endless joy, etched forever in our hearts.

Puddin had a magical way of changing how people viewed Pitbulls. She was a foster fail, meant to stay only temporarily due to her heart condition, but she won us over and made our home her forever home. Every moment with her was a testament to the incredibly loving and gentle nature of her breed.

Opening our home to Puddin was the best decision we ever made. She filled our lives with love, laughter, and so many cherished memories. Puddin, you’ll always have a special place in our hearts. Your presence brightened our days, and your love made our lives profoundly richer. Thank you, sweet girl, for everything. We miss you more than words can say.
